At Anmol Cloth House, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch; however, if you experience any issue with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a fair and transparent return or exchange process.

1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- A request for exchange must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
- The product must not show signs of wear, fragrance, stains, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding approval of the exchange.
Important Notes:
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for another product of equal value.
- Price differences (if applicable) must be paid before dispatch.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.
2. Refund Policy
At Anmol Cloth House, we maintain a limited refund policy.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The item received has a verified manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong product or incorrect size due to our error.
- The item is out of stock after order confirmation and payment.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear pictures of the item and packaging.
- Keep the original invoice and packaging intact.
- After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund accordingly.
- Complaints raised after the specified timeframe may not be entertained.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible:
- Worn, washed, or altered products
- Products without original tags
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Accessories or promotional items (unless defective)
- International orders (unless damaged or incorrect item received)
6. Order Refusal at Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery without valid reason, Anmol Cloth House reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund or restrict future cash-on-delivery orders.
7. Processing Time
- Inspection & approval: 3–5 working days after receiving returned item
- Exchange dispatch: 3–7 working days
- Refund processing: 7–10 working days
